Eventus WholeHealth Acquires Doctors Making Housecalls

Eventus WholeHealth, a private equity-backed provider of interdisciplinary care for long-term care residents, has acquired Doctors Making Housecalls (DMHC), a North Carolina-based home‑based primary care provider. Balance Point Capital provided debt financing to support the acquisition, refinance existing debt, and fund future growth; Enhanced Healthcare Partners is the PE backer of Eventus. The combined organization expands Eventus’ clinician footprint (over 550 clinicians) and strengthens its in-home and post-acute care capabilities across multiple states.
