The capital will be used to expand Eventus' geographic footprint, grow its provider base and pursue additional M&A opportunities to accelerate the company's strategic growth.

Eventus WholeHealth Acquires Premier Geriatric Solutions

Eventus WholeHealth, a private equity–backed physician-led provider, has acquired Premier Geriatric Solutions, a provider of value-based medical directorships, primary care and behavioral health services for long-term care facilities. The deal expands Eventus' value-based care capabilities and geographic footprint across Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina; the combined organization will operate under the Eventus brand and together will include more than 800 clinicians and staff serving roughly 44,000 patients in long-term care.
