Pavlov Media Acquires Inspire Wi‑Fi

Pavlov Media has acquired Inspire Wi‑Fi, a provider of wireless solutions for leasing offices, clubhouses and amenity areas, to expand its amenity-focused connectivity offerings. The acquisition strengthens Pavlov Media’s product suite for common and amenity areas (branded Pavlov Spaces) and brings Inspire’s service footprint of more than 500 communities into Pavlov’s national managed-Wi‑Fi platform. Terms were not disclosed.

Pavlov Media, a broadband and managed network provider for multifamily properties, has acquired Simplified Technologies (Simplified Computers), an IT support services provider headquartered in Champaign, Illinois. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Pavlov's B2B business by adding Simplified's team and enabling Simplified to offer Pavlov's fiber optic network services to its customers.

Macquarie Asset Management Invests in Pavlov Media

A fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management has made a preferred equity investment in Pavlov Media Inc., a U.S.-based provider of fiber-based internet connectivity to off-campus student housing and other MDUs. The investment will fund continued fiber network construction, expansion into new markets, and acceleration of Pavlov's fiber-to-the-home initiatives.

Connect Media Acquires Networld Media Group

The deal expands Connect Media's media and events footprint into adjacent verticals and grows the combined team's headcount to more than 60 employees; terms were not disclosed.
