CI Capital Partners has acquired Material Handling Services, LLC (d/b/a Total Fleet Solutions), a Holland, Ohio-based provider of outsourced fleet management, maintenance and procurement services for material handling equipment, from Southfield Capital Advisors. Total Fleet Solutions, founded in 2001, focuses on recurring fleet-management contracts for large manufacturing and distribution customers; Southfield had owned a majority stake since 2005.
