Comvest Credit Partners provided senior secured financing to support the transaction; Southfield will retain the incumbent management team and re-invest returning executives to support growth and expand service and technology capabilities.

MFG Partners and Merit Capital Partners Acquire Storage Solutions, Inc.

CCS Facility Services (Silver Oak) Acquires Total Cleaning Systems

Holleway Capital Partners Acquires T-TEK Material Handling with Investment from Capital For Business

St. Louis-based private equity firm Holleway Capital Partners has acquired T-TEK Material Handling, a Montgomery, Alabama manufacturer of high-speed palletizing, depalletizing and conveying systems. The transaction was completed with subordinated debt and equity provided by Capital For Business (CFB), and T-TEK management (Michael and Brian Traff) rolled/retained ownership and will remain with the company.
