Auxo / Precision Products Group Acquire Saylor Technical Products

Auxo Investment Partners, via its Precision Products Group platform, acquired Ohio-based Saylor Technical Products LLC, a maker of flexible wire and hose protection products and specialty cords and tapes. The add-on deal, which closed in December and was announced in March, expands PPG's portfolio and capabilities serving aerospace, electrical, automotive and wire-and-cable markets.

Auxo Investment Partners has acquired Precision Products Group, Inc. (PPG) from Long Point Capital (with Greyrock Capital Group as part of the selling partnership); PPG management participated alongside Auxo. PPG is a niche manufacturer of small-diameter spiral-wound tubes/cores and specialty pharmaceutical and consumer packaging (including the Euclid Medical Products unit-dose systems); transaction terms were not disclosed and BGL served as exclusive advisor and executed a sale-leaseback of PPG real estate.

Grand Rapids-based private equity firm Auxo Investment Partners acquired SOS Manufacturing, a Roberts, Wisconsin-based custom wire harness and cable assembly manufacturer. The deal is Auxo's fourth add-on to its growing wire harness and cable manufacturing platform and will expand the platform's capabilities (including work relevant to supercomputing), while SOS's management will remain in place.

Precision Products Group (Auxo) Acquires Cindus Corporation
