Dedrone, a market leader in smart airspace security, has acquired Aerial Armor, a counterdrone systems provider and integrator based in Arizona. The acquisition will combine Aerial Armor's detection hardware integration capabilities with Dedrone's C2 counter-UAS platform to expand Dedrone's capability set and better serve government, airports, and critical infrastructure customers.

The acquisition will expand Axon's public safety platform by integrating Dedrone's AI/ML-based detection, tracking and mitigation technologies; the deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024 (terms undisclosed).

(OTC: USDR) completed its acquisition of Duke Robotics, Inc., with Duke Robotics becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary after a share exchange that issued Duke shareholders stock representing 71% of the post-transaction capitalization. The combined company will focus on Duke Robotics' military UAS technology (TIKAD) and Duke's management and board now hold key leadership positions in the combined business.
