The acquisition, formalized on December 31, 2020, expands Pye-Barker's Midwest footprint into five additional states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa) and preserves jobs by integrating Nardini's team into Pye-Barker's national platform.
