Glenview, Illinois-based Envoy Solutions has acquired Scranton, Pennsylvania-based Pennsylvania Paper & Supply Company (Penn Paper), a 100-year-old distributor of janitorial supplies, facilities products and industrial packaging. The deal expands Envoy Solutions’ regional footprint across Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and brings Penn Paper into Envoy’s national platform while preserving service for existing clients and employees.
