Higginbotham Acquires Iscential

Fort Worth-based Higginbotham has acquired Houston-based independent insurance agency Iscential, adding a second Houston team and expanding its local presence. The deal brings Iscential's ~140 associates and risk-management, insurance and financial services capabilities into Higginbotham's employee-owned platform; Dowling Hales served as exclusive financial advisor to the sellers.
