Akeso Medical Holdings has completed its acquisition of Wine Country Occupational Medicine of Napa Valley to expand its network of occupational medicine clinics into Northern California. Founder and Clinic Medical Director Dr. Carl Speizer will remain in his role as the clinic is integrated into Akeso's platform to better serve local employers and workers' compensation patients.
