VONA Case Management, an NMS Capital portfolio company, has acquired Custom Case Management, a Batavia, Illinois-based provider of nurse case management for workers' compensation in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Founder Tracey Bilut will remain as Managing Director of Custom Case Management within VONA as the combined organization expands clinical capabilities and geographic coverage to better serve employers, insurers, and TPAs.
