Abracon LLC has acquired Fox Electronics, a Fort Myers, Florida-based supplier of frequency control products, as an add-on to the Abracon platform. The deal was executed while Abracon is majority-owned by The Riverside Company and expands Abracon’s timing and frequency product portfolio, sales channels and inventory to better serve automotive, telecom, IoT and medical end markets.

Lehman & Company, has acquired Wenzel Associates, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of ultra-low phase noise crystal oscillators, synthesizers and integrated microwave assemblies. The transaction is BEI Precision's second add-on under JFLCO sponsorship and expands BEI's capabilities and product offerings for military, space and commercial customers.

Quantic Electronics (Arcline-backed) Acquires Microwave Dynamics

Genstar Capital Acquires Abracon from The Riverside Company

Genstar Capital has acquired Abracon LLC, a Texas-based manufacturer and global distributor of passive electronic components, from The Riverside Company. Genstar said it will support Abracon's organic growth and pursue focused M&A to expand product offerings and global reach while Abracon's CEO Michael Calabria assumes Executive Chairman and Tony Roybal becomes President and CEO.
