Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Lifesaving Systems Corp., a Florida-based supplier of helicopter and maritime rescue and survival equipment. The acquisition expands Signia's Mission Systems capabilities by adding Lifesaving Systems' rescue hooks, harnesses, litters and other maritime rescue products to its Onboard Systems business for cross-selling and operational integration.

Arxis Acquires Micro-Tronics

Arxis, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Micro-Tronics, Inc., a Tempe, Arizona-based manufacturer of engineered elastomeric and metallic components for commercial aerospace and defense applications. The add-on strengthens Arxis' Mechanical Components segment by adding MTI's elastomeric diaphragm, seal assembly and high-precision EDM capabilities to support mission-critical aerospace and defense programs.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Onboard Systems International from Liberty Hall Capital Partners. The acquisition expands Arcline's portfolio in mission-critical electromechanical systems for aerospace and defense, adding a designer, manufacturer, and servicer of external cargo equipment for military and civil helicopters headquartered in Vancouver, Washington.

Signia Aerospace Acquires Goodrich Hoist & Winch from Collins Aerospace (rebranded Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch)

Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has completed the acquisition of the Goodrich Hoist & Winch business from Collins Aerospace (an RTX Corporation business). The business will be rebranded as Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, remain headquartered in Anaheim, California, and operate within Signia's Mission Systems unit alongside other Signia brands; an adjacent MRO/spares facility is planned to be fully operational by end of 2025.
