3Pillar Global, a Fairfax, Virginia-based software product development firm and portfolio company of CIP Capital, has acquired Tempe, Arizona-based Tiempo Development in an add-on transaction. The deal expands 3Pillar's nearshore delivery footprint and capabilities—including data science, analytics, IoT, and cloud services—and brings more than 400 Tiempo engineers into the combined organization.
