Three Texas dealerships — South Austin Nissan, Baytown Nissan and Hyundai of Silsbee — were sold in transactions facilitated by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions. South Austin Nissan was acquired by Julie Herrera (IDEA Auto Group) and will operate as City Limits Nissan; Baytown Nissan was acquired by Raymond Palacios' Bravo Auto Group; and Hyundai of Silsbee was acquired by Mike Terry and Jarryd Carver through their new E1T1 Auto Group partnership.

Krause Auto Group Acquires Three Florida Dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive

Krause Auto Group of Alpharetta, Georgia purchased three Southwest Florida dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive Group for more than $110 million in an acquisition that includes Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and Sutherlin Genesis in Fort Myers. The stores will be rebranded as Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Genesis; Krause plans renovations and service expansion at the Fort Myers Nissan location. Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller in the transaction.
