Clarus Corporation Acquires S.K.B. Corporation (SKB Cases)

Clarus Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held S.K.B. Corporation (SKB) for $85 million in cash plus 1,153,846 shares of Clarus common stock. SKB, headquartered in Orange, California, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and generated $53 million in sales and more than $9.5 million of adjusted EBITDA in 2019; the acquisition expands Clarus' product portfolio and access to music and industrial channels.
