Wabtec Corporation Acquires Nordco from Greenbriar Equity Group

Wabtec Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Nordco, a North American supplier of maintenance-of-way equipment, from Greenbriar Equity Group for $400 million in cash. The acquisition expands Wabtec’s maintenance-of-way and railcar mover offerings, adds Nordco’s aftermarket and inspection technology capabilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to EBITDA and cash flow while delivering cost synergies.

CECO Environmental Acquires UK-Based Wakefield Acoustics

Prestwick advised Westside and its private equity sponsors Hanover Partners and Greyrock Capital Group on the undisclosed transaction, which expands Oxbo's capabilities and presence in specialty/permanent crop harvesting markets.
