Perspective Financial Group Ltd has completed nine acquisitions of local UK financial planning and wealth management practices — Square One Wealth Management; Barrie Hough Financial Services; Select Financial Solutions; Friendly Wealth Management; Clarendon Financial Planning; Clarendon FP LLP; Chapter Wealth Management; Paul Horton Financial Solutions; and Inspirational Financial Planning. The deals add approximately £900 million of assets under advice, 2,100 households and four new offices, as Perspective continues a roll-up strategy to scale its advisory platform and absorb regulatory/administrative costs for smaller practices.
