Bridge Investment Group Acquires 60% of Gorelick Brothers Capital and Recapitalizes SFR Portfolio

Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. acquired a 60% stake in Charlotte-based Gorelick Brothers Capital, LLC and its asset & property management business for $50 million, funded with approximately 50% cash and 50% units. Concurrently, Bridge-sponsored fund vehicles completed a $660 million recapitalization of the single-family rental (SFR) portfolio of more than 2,700 homes across 14 U.S. markets; the GBC team has joined Bridge to launch an SFR strategy on Bridge's platform.
