Argano has acquired Netlogistik, a strategic advisory and consulting firm specializing in digital supply chain solutions, as part of a transformational growth program. The deal expands Argano's supply chain capabilities and delivery footprint across Mexico, Colombia and the United States, and brings nearly 600 Netlogistik employees and deep expertise in Blue Yonder, SAP, Azure-managed environments and Honeywell automation to the combined firm.

NTT DATA Services Acquires Nexient

Nexient will join NTT DATA's digital practice, bringing full-stack product development, agile teams and U.S.-based delivery centers (including Ann Arbor, MI and Columbus, OH); the deal was announced May 18, 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

The deal — a successful exit for One Equity Partners — expands Sysnet’s SecurePCI and managed-security capabilities and accelerates its North American market presence; terms were not disclosed.
