INVO Bioscience Acquires Wisconsin Fertility Institute

INVO Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: INVO) has signed binding agreements to acquire Wisconsin Fertility Institute, a Madison-area fertility clinic that generated approximately $5.5 million in trailing 12-month revenue. The purchase price is $10.0 million payable over three years, and the clinic will become a wholly owned subsidiary to expand INVO's clinic footprint and support adoption of its INVOcell technology.
