Andavi Solutions, a Phoenix-based beverage alcohol software and data analytics company backed by Endeavour Capital, has acquired Digitalrep, a provider of cloud-based retail pricing and category management solutions. The deal adds Digitalrep's PricingGateway.com and Planomart platforms to Andavi's suite, strengthening its presence in beverage alcohol and providing inroads into broader CPG and retail customers; Madison Park Group advised Andavi on the transaction.
