II (OTF II), with OTF as the surviving company, creating the largest software-focused BDC with over $12 billion of total assets pro forma and investments in ~180 portfolio companies. OTF II shareholders received 0.9113 shares of OTF for each OTF II share; the companies expect to leverage increased scale to enhance the Blue Owl credit platform and position the combined company for a potential liquidity event.
