Trinity Hunt Partners has launched a national commercial paving platform branded Sage Surface Partners and expanded it with the acquisition of Pavement Maintenance, Inc. (PMI), a Portland, Oregon–based provider of sealcoating, striping, asphalt and concrete repair, and parking lot sweeping. The transaction is an add-on to the Sage platform intended to accelerate geographic expansion and enhance recurring maintenance capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.

Trinity Hunt will support Alliance's growth and scale the business through strategic add-on acquisitions and organic initiatives while Steve Knowles will lead the platform as CEO.

Soundcore Capital Partners (via ACI Holdings) Acquires ACS Asphalt Concrete Solutions

Soundcore Capital Partners, through its ACI Holdings Group platform, acquired ACS Asphalt Concrete Solutions and combined it with previously acquired ACI Asphalt & Concrete to create a larger commercial paving platform in the Minneapolis / Upper Midwest market. O2 Sponsor Finance (a division of Old Second National Bank) acted as administrative agent and lead arranger on more than $44 million of senior secured financing to support Soundcore’s acquisitions; Old National Bank and Northstar Capital provided additional financing and subordinated debt. Terms were not disclosed.

Atlantic Southern Paving Acquires Property Paving, Inc.

Atlantic Southern Paving and Sealcoating, a national commercial paving company partnered with Harbor Beach Capital, acquired Property Paving, Inc., a full-service concrete and asphalt contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The acquisition expands Atlantic Southern's presence in the DFW Metroplex and connects the company's self-performing operations across the Sunbelt as part of its platform growth strategy.
