Despegar Completes Acquisition of Viajanet (TVLX Viagens e Turismo S.A)

Despegar.com, Corp. has completed its previously announced acquisition of 100% of TVLX Viagens e Turismo S.A. (Viajanet) for approximately US$15.5 million, with payments staged between closing and June 2025 and subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The deal expands Despegar’s travel portfolio in Brazil by adding one of the country’s leading online travel agencies.

nCino Acquires DocFox

nCino has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DocFox, a provider of automated onboarding and account-opening software for commercial and business banking. The acquisition will integrate DocFox's onboarding capabilities into nCino's cloud banking SaaS platform to provide a unified, end-to-end client lifecycle and accelerate account opening; the deal was expected to close in March 2024.

Visma Acquires Brazil-Based Micro‑Entrepreneur Platform MaisMei

Norwegian software provider Visma has acquired MaisMei, a Florianópolis‑based mobile-first compliance and business management platform for Brazil’s Individual Micro Entrepreneurs (MEIs). The deal expands Visma’s footprint in Brazil and creates a product "start‑to‑scale" pathway by linking MaisMei’s compliance tools with Visma’s Conta Azul cloud ERP offering.

Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Foxway

Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share in Foxway from Norvestor VII and other owners, with completion expected in Q3 2023 subject to customary closing conditions. Nordic Capital will partner with Foxway management and alongside Norvestor to support continued growth, international expansion and Foxway’s focus on circular IT services; Foxway is a Sweden‑headquartered provider of device refurbishment, asset recovery and lifecycle services with over 1,000 employees and SEK ~7.6bn in revenue (2022).
