Valsoft Corporation has acquired MonkeySoft Solutions Inc. (doing business as MonkeyMedia), a cloud-based catering management software provider, from ezCater. The acquisition marks Valsoft’s entry into the restaurant technology vertical and will allow MonkeyMedia to continue operating independently while leveraging Valsoft’s resources to invest in the Monkey platform and grow its market presence.
