Payment Alliance International (PAI) acquired the U.S. Cash‑N‑Go ATM portfolio from Cash N Go ATM Network Inc., a subsidiary of Perativ Inc., adding nearly 400 ATMs and increasing PAI’s nationwide network to more than 90,000 machines. Financial terms were not disclosed; Perativ said the transaction will provide a smooth transition for U.S. Cash‑N‑Go customers to PAI.
