Arrow International (through affiliated Bow Distribution, LLC) has acquired the operational assets of Blue Bay South, L.L.C., Fraternal Enterprises, Inc., American Bingo Company, L.L.C. and Wholesale Bingo Supplies LLC (collectively "Blue Bay"). The sellers, Bob "Bingo Bob" Robinson and Rob Robinson, will continue to lead the business, which will operate in Michigan as Blue Bay, LLC; the deal expands Arrow's distribution footprint and resources in the Michigan charitable gaming market.

Postmedia Acquires Brunswick News Inc.

Postmedia Network Canada Corp. has completed the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Brunswick News Inc. from J. D. Irving, Limited, adding BNI's daily and weekly newspapers, digital properties and its parcel delivery business to Postmedia's portfolio. The transaction was valued at $7.5 million in cash plus $8.6 million in variable voting shares of Postmedia, and Postmedia says the acquisition expands its national news footprint and parcel delivery capabilities across Canada.

Indigenous Gaming Partners (IGP), a consortium formed by five Nova Scotia First Nations in partnership with Sonco Gaming and supported by VICI Properties, has acquired PURE Canadian Gaming from ONCAP (Onex) following regulatory approvals. PURE, based in Edmonton, Alberta, operates four casinos across Alberta with approximately 1,100 employees; financial terms were not disclosed.
