Revelation Pharma Acquires Taylors Pharmacy and Key Compounding Pharmacy

Revelation Pharma, a national network of 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies, has acquired Taylors Pharmacy (Florida) and Key Compounding Pharmacy (Federal Way, Washington). The acquisitions expand Revelation's coast-to-coast footprint and bring both pharmacies into its compounding network as Revelation assumes full operations; the sellers are the founders/owners Allen Deaver and HeeJoo Park.

Navitus Health Solutions Acquires EpiphanyRx; Lumicera Purchases Quality Drug Clinical Care

PharMerica Acquires OnePoint Patient Care

PharMerica completed the acquisition of OnePoint Patient Care (OPPC), a leading independent hospice pharmacy and PBM provider. OPPC operates 15 pharmacy locations, serves more than 350 hospice programs and manages pharmacy benefits for over 32,000 patients per day; PharMerica said the deal will expand its hospice pharmacy capabilities and accelerate delivery of local same-day dispensing nationwide.

Procare LTC Acquires Allen's PharmaServ, Inc.

Medicure Inc. Acquires Marley Drug, Inc.

Medicure Inc., through its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary Medicure Pharma Inc., agreed to acquire 100% of Marley Drug, Inc., a specialty mail-order pharmacy based in North Carolina, for an upfront USD $6.3 million plus contingent payments. Marley serves over 30,000 customers nationwide, generated approximately $7.0 million of revenue and more than $1.7 million of EBITDA for the 12 months ended October 31, 2020, and the acquisition expands Medicure's direct-to-patient distribution and specialty pharmacy capabilities in the United States.
