Angeles Equity Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has acquired Mini Pharmacy Enterprises, a family-owned Los Angeles pharmacy specializing in diabetic supplies and durable medical equipment. Angeles will install a new executive team to drive systems investment and operational modernization while Richard Fox will remain as Vice President, Sales; financial terms were not disclosed.
