Acibadem Healthcare Group has acquired Kent Health Group, the leading premium healthcare provider in Izmir, Turkey, from private equity investor MidEuropa. The acquisition expands Acibadem’s regional hospital footprint and adds a 340-bed flagship hospital, two satellite medical centers and a recently built oncology center to its network.
