BharCap Partners Acquires Insurvia

BharCap Partners has closed the acquisition of Insurvia, an insurance services holding company that operates Fiesta Insurance and La Familia Insurance. Gemspring Capital and management were the selling shareholders; financial terms were not disclosed. BharCap said the deal expands its insurance distribution platform focused on non-standard auto insurance and underserved Hispanic consumers.
