Workday, the Pleasanton, California-based enterprise cloud applications company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration provider headquartered in New York. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

RFPIO Acquires RFP360

ADP Acquires WorkForce Software

WorkForce Software’s time & attendance, scheduling, forecasting, and leave-management capabilities will be integrated into ADP’s suite to broaden offerings for ADP’s more than one million clients worldwide.

Workday to Acquire VNDLY for $510M

Workday has agreed to acquire VNDLY, a Mason, Ohio-based external workforce management (VMS) startup, for $510 million to integrate contingent workforce management into Workday’s HCM and HR platform. VNDLY, founded in 2017 and having raised roughly $58 million (including a $35M Series B led by Insight Partners), will expand Workday’s capabilities for managing internal and external workers; the deal is expected to close in Workday’s next fiscal quarter.
