Unified Power Acquires Computer Power Systems and Tristar Power Solutions

Unified Power (Terrell, Texas) acquired two regional critical power service providers, Computer Power Systems, Inc. (Orlando, Florida) and Tristar Power Solutions (Minnesota), as add-on acquisitions to expand its national footprint and service capabilities. The deals bring additional UPS, generator, battery and electrical design-build capabilities into the Unified Power platform and deepen coverage across Florida and Minnesota.
