Pexco LLC Acquires Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc.

Pexco LLC, an Odyssey-backed specialty plastics processor based in Atlanta, acquired Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc., a Yorba Linda, California-based precision plastics molder and contract manufacturer. The deal (advised by Houlihan Lokey for Precise) expands Pexco’s injection molding and high-performance polymer capabilities, adds a West Coast manufacturing site (its 13th), and strengthens its position in aerospace, defense, medical and electronics end markets.

Precise Systems Acquires Tucson Embedded Systems

Precise Systems, a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, has acquired Tucson Embedded Systems (TES), a Tucson, Arizona-based hardware and software engineering firm specializing in model-based engineering and open-architecture avionics standards (FACE, SOSA). The acquisition is an add-on to Precise's Bluestone-backed platform, expanding its advanced engineering capabilities and bringing TES's proprietary AWESUM tool suite and SBIR-backed HOST Harmony test station into the platform.

Peloton Acquires Precor

Peloton completed the acquisition of Precor for $420 million in cash, establishing a U.S. manufacturing footprint and strengthening its R&D and commercial fitness capabilities. The deal brings Precor’s commercial fitness equipment business and connected-fitness technology into Peloton to accelerate penetration of hotels, campuses, multi-family and other commercial verticals.

Rockwell Automation Acquires Plex Systems

Signia Aerospace (Arcline) Acquires Precise Flight

The acquisition is an add-on to Signia's aerospace platform intended to expand its product capabilities and aftermarket/OEM offerings across commercial, business, rotorcraft and general aviation markets.
