Park Place Technologies has acquired Prestige Data Centre Solutions (Prestige Systems), a UK-based IT infrastructure and data center services provider located near Birmingham, England. The purchase expands Park Place's engineering and service footprint across the UK and EMEA to support data centers; terms were not disclosed. Prestige co-founders John and Elaine Dawson, James Coyle and Mark Jones will be leaving the business following the transaction.
