The acquisition expands HealthStream's workforce solutions portfolio—adding scheduling, productivity and forecasting capabilities to better serve hospitals and other healthcare providers.

IQ-EQ Acquires Constellation Advisers LLC

IQ-EQ, an Astorg-backed investor services group, has completed the acquisition of Constellation Advisers LLC, a U.S.-based outsourced and co‑sourced investment management services provider. The deal expands IQ-EQ’s U.S. footprint and capabilities in fund administration, outsourced CFO/COO services and regulatory compliance, adding Constellation’s ~115 professionals across six U.S. offices to IQ-EQ’s combined U.S. platform.

ShipHawk Acquires Acuity Global and SuiteWM WMS

ShipHawk, the Santa Barbara–based provider of warehouse and fulfillment solutions, has acquired Acuity Global and its SuiteWM warehouse management system. As part of the deal Acuity Global founder Ron Riggin joined ShipHawk as CTO, and ShipHawk will integrate SuiteWM to expand its warehouse, inventory and fulfillment capabilities for eCommerce, retail and wholesale customers.

Marathon Health Acquires Cerner Workforce Health Solutions Clinics

The deal adds roughly 300 ambassadors, 35 health centers, 21 clients and 300,000 members across 15 states, expanding Marathon’s geographic footprint and adding occupational health and onsite pharmacy capabilities.

Health Catalyst Acquires Vitalware

Health Catalyst, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vitalware, LLC, a Yakima, Washington–based provider of revenue workflow optimization and analytics SaaS for healthcare organizations. Vitalware brings Best in KLAS chargemaster management, revenue integrity, and price transparency solutions that expand Health Catalyst’s CFO offering; the deal is expected to close in Q3–Q4 2020 and will be funded with a mix of stock and cash.

Constellation's Harris Acquires Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices Business

Constellation Software, through its subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), agreed to acquire the net assets of Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices business segment, including Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks and related solutions. The transaction, valued at up to $700 million (including contingent consideration), is a divestiture by Allscripts intended to focus its portfolio while Harris expands its healthcare software capabilities.
