Constellation Quality Health, a Raleigh-based health care quality consulting organization, has acquired Workshop Wizard, a public health software program previously owned by PAC Software. Workshop Wizard — used across 14 states to manage evidence-based program data and participant tracking — will be integrated into Constellation's offerings to expand data capabilities and deliver enhanced, real-time services to health programs and partners.

Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), agreed to acquire the net assets of Allscripts' Hospitals and Large Physician Practices business segment, including Sunrise, Paragon, TouchWorks and related solutions. The transaction, valued at up to $700 million (including contingent consideration), is a divestiture by Allscripts intended to focus its portfolio while Harris expands its healthcare software capabilities.
