illumifin has completed the acquisition of LTCG, combining LTCG’s long-term care administration and claims capabilities with illumifin’s third‑party administration and technology platform to create one of the largest insurance service providers in the North American long‑term care, life, health, and annuity markets. illumifin, a PE‑backed platform formed with backing from Abry Partners and Hoplon Capital, will integrate LTCG’s underwriting, claims, analytics and actuarial capabilities to expand end‑to‑end digital administration services for insurers.

Enlightenment Capital-backed iNovex has acquired Innoplex, combining two long-standing intelligence-focused software and cybersecurity services firms. The deal creates a middle‑market intelligence and cybersecurity platform with more than 1,000 employees and roughly $2 billion in recent prime contract awards; Innoplex president Chris Hawthorne will serve as president of the combined company under iNovex leadership.

Lumine Group Acquires Concentrix Mobile Network Solutions Business (NetEngage)

Centana Growth Partners Acquires Majority Stake in First Connect Insurance Services

Participating investors include Pruven Capital, Cota Capital, and Cross Creek; the funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand market penetration, and scale the platform serving independent insurance agents.

Hilb Group Acquires Lighthouse Insurance Agency

The Hilb Group announced it has acquired Dorchester, Massachusetts-based Lighthouse Insurance Agency effective July 1, 2022, integrating the agency into Hilb's New England regional operations. Lighthouse, led by Principal Brian Boucher, specializes in personal and commercial property & casualty insurance with a transportation focus (livery and taxis), and its team will join Hilb's transportation practice to strengthen the firm's specialty offering in New England.
