Huron Capital's Rampart Exterior Services Acquires Independent Roofing Systems

Huron Capital’s commercial roofing platform Rampart Exterior Services completed its inaugural add-on acquisition with the purchase of Independent Roofing Systems, a central Mississippi commercial roofing contractor. The deal was supported with financing and an equity co-investment led by Monroe Capital; Independent’s existing leadership will remain in place as Rampart integrates the company into its buy-and-build strategy.

Sunland Asphalt (Huron Capital) Acquires Metro Pavers, Inc.

Huron Capital's portfolio company Sunland Asphalt has acquired Metro Pavers, Inc., a Denver-area asphalt maintenance and paving contractor founded in 1975. The add-on expands Sunland's presence in Colorado and strengthens its service capabilities across public and private end markets; Honigman LLP and Moss Adams LLP served as legal and financial diligence advisors, respectively.

Rotunda Capital Partners Invests in U.S. Waterproofing

Rotunda Capital Partners has made its first investment from Fund III in U.S. Waterproofing, a Chicagoland residential basement waterproofing and foundation repair provider. Founder/owner Matt Stock will remain CEO as Rotunda backs the company’s organic growth and plans to deploy an acquisition (roll-up) strategy to expand the platform nationally.
