TriNet has acquired Clarus R+D Solutions LLC, a fintech company that provides a cloud-based R&D tax credit platform and related professional services for SMBs. Clarus will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and its leadership, including former CEO Chris Winslow, will join TriNet to lead a newly created Tax Credits Business Unit; terms were not disclosed.

RevenueZen is a B2B marketing agency (SEO, content and LinkedIn marketing) based in Portland, Oregon; Onfolio said the acquisition brings an experienced team onboard and positions the business for organic growth and further acquisitions.
