Continental Auto Parts, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, acquired K W Automotive Inc. dba Pro Parts Center, a Houston-based distributor of aftermarket collision automotive parts. The add-on expands Continental Auto Parts' footprint into Texas and surrounding Gulf states, enabling the combined platform to better serve multi-shop operators (MSOs) and independent collision shops in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Classic Collision, a national multi-site collision repair operator based in Atlanta, acquired seven collision repair locations in East Texas — three locations from Burl Richardson (Allstar Collision, Burl’s Collision and Henderson Collision) and four locations from a fourth-generation family-owned group (A&B Body Shop, Precision Autobody, Elite Collision and Quality Paint & Body) headquartered in Lufkin. The transactions expand Classic Collision's footprint in Texas and add additional local repair capacity and teams to its network.
