Outside Acquires Pinkbike, CyclingTips, and Trailforks

Outside, the Boulder-based active-lifestyle media company, has acquired Pinkbike and its sister brands CyclingTips and Trailforks to expand its leadership in cycling content and mapping technology. The acquisitions bring large audiences and Trailforks' GPS-enabled trail database into Outside's ecosystem and will be integrated with the company's Outside+ membership.

Scaleworks Acquires Nextopia

The deal is being treated as an add-on to Scaleworks' portfolio (complementing SearchSpring), with SearchSpring CEO Peter Messana set to lead Nextopia and accelerate product innovation and go-to-market for e-commerce and DTC merchants.
