HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority Stake in Pioneer Industries

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.

Exxelia Acquires Majority Stake in Alcon Electronics

Exxelia completed a majority acquisition of Alcon Electronics (closing December 29, 2021), adding the Indian capacitor-maker to its portfolio to broaden its film and aluminum electrolytic capacitor offering. The deal gives Exxelia an engineering and manufacturing foothold in India and strengthens its product capabilities for renewable energy, medical imaging, power generation and railway end markets.

HEICO Corporation Subsidiary Acquires Pyramid Semiconductor LLC

HEICO Corporation’s Electronic Technologies Group acquired the business, assets and certain liabilities of Pyramid Semiconductor LLC from its founders for cash at closing. Pyramid, a Sunnyvale-based designer and manufacturer of processors, SRAM, EEPROM and logic products for military, space and medical platforms, will operate as part of HEICO’s 3D PLUS USA subsidiary and continue to be led by its existing founders and management team.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Sensor Systems, Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired all of the stock of Sensor Systems, Inc. in a transaction using cash and approximately 575,000 HEICO Class A common shares. Sensor, a Chatsworth, California-based designer and manufacturer of airborne antennas (approximately 200 employees), will continue operating under its current name and location; HEICO expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the year following the acquisition.

IK Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Eurofeu from CAPZA

IK Partners' IK X Fund has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Eurofeu Group from CAPZA, with Eurofeu management reinvesting. Eurofeu is a French fire protection installer, maintainer and manufacturer with ~1,850 employees across 42 agencies and two production sites; IK plans to support the Group's continued buy-and-build strategy and European expansion.

HEICO Acquires Gables Engineering
