Keyline Industries Acquires Allmatic and ACS Business Unit to Expand Automation and Access Solutions

Keyline Industries (the new umbrella brand of Keyline S.p.A.), a family-owned Italian security and access-solutions group, completed two domestic acquisitions in 2024 including the purchase of Allmatic from the Raineri family and the acquisition of the ACS business unit. The deals expand Keyline's manufacturing and automation capabilities across home/building automation and industrial access solutions and position the group as a broader manufacturer of keys, key-cutting machines, transponders and industrial automation machinery.
