DPL Financial Partners Acquires AnnuityFix and Johnstone Brokerage Services

DPL Financial Partners announced it is acquiring AnnuityFix and its affiliated broker-dealer, Johnstone Brokerage Services, to broaden capacity within its Breakaway Accelerator program for advisors transitioning to fee-based models. Grant Johnstone, AnnuityFix's founder, will join DPL as chief compliance officer and chief legal officer and the target's employees will join DPL; the deal is subject to regulatory approval.

The Investment Center will be converted onto LPL's platform; the transaction is expected to close and convert in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
