SolutionWorks Acquires Streamline Recon

SolutionWorks, a portfolio company jointly owned by Concentric Equity Partners and Alitus Capital Partners, has acquired Streamline Recon, LLC, a Texas-based automotive reconditioning firm focused on the franchise dealership market. Streamline's management team will remain and retain an ownership stake; the deal expands SolutionWorks' reconditioning capabilities and extends its dealership footprint regionally with plans to support national growth.
