Metrie Acquires EL & EL Wood Products Corp

Metrie has completed the acquisition of EL & EL Wood Products Corp, adding EL & EL's distribution and fabrication footprint in California (Chino and Galt) to Metrie's network and strengthening its national millwork distribution coverage. EL & EL will operate as Metrie EL & EL under existing regional management, preserving service continuity for customers as the family-owned EL & EL shareholders transition ownership.
