TrillerNet Acquires FITE Streaming Platform

TrillerNet (Triller Hold Co LLC), the parent of the Triller social video app, has acquired FITE, a global live-event, PPV, SVOD and AVOD streaming platform for sports and entertainment. The acquisition gives TrillerNet a major foothold in live-event pay-per-view and streaming distribution, expanding its content and distribution capabilities and bringing FITE's technology, customers and content partnerships into the Triller ecosystem.
