B. Riley Financial has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire National Holdings Corporation, initiating an all-cash tender offer for the remaining shares it does not own at $3.25 per share. The deal will combine B. Riley's diversified financial services platform with National's investment banking, brokerage and wealth management businesses, materially expanding B. Riley's retail distribution and assets under management.

B. Riley Financial Acquires Interface Consulting International

Riley Financial has acquired the assets of Interface Consulting International, a Houston-based engineering and construction consulting firm that provides claims management, dispute resolution, forensic analysis, and expert testimony. The Interface Consulting team will join B. Riley Advisory Services to expand the firm's forensic accounting, litigation support, and construction advisory capabilities.

B. Riley Financial Acquires Assets of ABTV (Anderson Bauman Tourtellot Vos)

B. Riley Financial has acquired certain assets of ABTV (formerly Anderson Bauman Tourtellot Vos), a Charlotte-based restructuring and financial advisory firm. Senior restructuring advisors Ed Sanz and P. Michael Kain have joined B. Riley Advisory Services and the former ABTV headquarters will be re-established as a B. Riley office in Charlotte; financial terms were not disclosed.

CI Financial Acquires Balasa Dinverno Foltz (BDF)

CI Financial Corp. agreed to acquire full ownership of Balasa Dinverno Foltz LLC (BDF), a Chicago-region registered investment advisor with approximately US$4.5 billion in assets under management and a 62-person team. The deal expands CI's U.S. wealth management footprint, pushing its U.S. wealth assets to roughly US$11 billion and strengthens CI's presence in the Midwest and Chicago high-net-worth market.

Broadridge Acquires Fi360
