Novacap, a North American private equity firm, has entered a partnership with Static Media, an Indianapolis-based digital media company, marking the third platform acquisition for Novacap's TMT VI fund. The investment will support Static Media's strategy to scale its portfolio of content brands (more than 100 million monthly sessions) and pursue growth through M&A while leveraging its proprietary technology stack.

Wonder Acquires Tastemade

Feedfeed will retain its branding, its roughly dozen employees will join People Inc., and it will roll up under People Inc.'s food and drink vertical; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition, by 11:11 (a platform backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners), adds Static1's expertise across media, entertainment, pharmaceutical, retail and financial services to 11:11's portfolio.
