Revecore Acquires Kemberton and Cura

Revecore, a revenue integrity and complex claims platform backed by GrowthCurve Capital and Riverside Partners, has acquired two specialized revenue cycle management firms: Kemberton and Cura Revenue Cycle Management. The acquisitions expand Revecore's technology-enabled services and scale across hospitals and health systems, while LLR Partners (a prior investor in Kemberton) retains a minority equity interest in the combined business.
